KIMONE LOVE
Kimone Love is the Founder and CEO of Kimone Consulting, specializing in mediation, conflict resolution, and state certification educational courses for property tax and real estate professionals. Kimone Consulting offers professional development training to support workplace talent retention and provides in-person or virtual mediation, team-building workshops, educational sessions, and exam prep.
With over 20 years of real estate experience, Kimone Love, holds the Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS) Professional Designation from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). Her background includes commercial appraisal, construction and development administration, property management, ad valorem valuations, appraisal education and real estate sales.
Kimone Love is a certified mediator, licensed real estate sales agent, and an approved instructor for educational courses with the Texas Comptroller PTAD, Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
