KIMONE LOVE
Kimone Love is the Founder and CEO of Kimone Consulting, a firm specializing in mediation, conflict resolution, and state- certified educational courses for property tax and real estate professionals. Kimone Consulting provides professional development training that is designed to support workplace talent retention and provides in-person or virtual mediation, team-building workshops, educational sessions, and exam preparation.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kimone holds the Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS) Professional Designation from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). Her extensive background spans ad valorem valuations, construction and development administration, commercial appraisal, appraisal education, property management, and real estate sales.
Kimone is a mediator, licensed real estate sales agent, and an approved instructor for educational courses with the Office of the Texas Comptroller (PTAD), Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
